Despite the tight deadline before the ship's departure, which coincided with the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the pilot's overtime and rest state, we immediately accepted the commission and completed customs and maritime procedures within 30 minutes. We also dispatched our oil and water reception ship "Yongsheng 77" to the job site promptly, with operating personnel and equipment in place. Though the pilot forced the ship to sail after 30 minutes of operation, we had helped the ship owner minimize the risk of oil sludge spills in the engine room. Our prompt response and efficient work earned us high recognition from the ship owner.

In February 2023, when MV "OAK HARBOUR," another ship owned by Pacific Basin, returned to China from Singapore, we immediately contacted the ship owner and arranged to discharge engine room sludge and ship garbage in Dalian, instead of Huanghua Port, the first port in China. We completed the relevant operations on March 1, 2023, and received positive feedback from the ship owner, reaffirming our commitment to fulfilling the needs of ship owners with prompt and efficient service.
